matthew picked up his first guitar at the age of 11 and hasn’t looked back.
He immersed himself first in bluegrass and folk, and soon found himself incorporating the soulful depths of the blues, the raw energy of rock, and the uplifting spirit of gospel into his music and he quickly became a versatile artist. His unique blend of singer-songwriter sensibilities and the diverse genre influences enabled him to craft deeply emotive songs that resonate with audiences. With his powerful blues voice and his dynamic stage presence, Matthew’s passion and talent shines through on stage.
